Obtaining a hunting license

• To hunt in Wyoming, you must apply for and receive a hunting license from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Cheyenne, WY.
  
• Wyoming License applications are obtaianed from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department

• Please call us for assistance with the correct hunt area and license type.
  
• Nelson Outfitters can and will assist you with the application process, but we do not guarantee success in the license draw
  
• All combination hunts are for 5 days. Hunter/Guide ratio is 1:1 on Trophy hunts, 2:1 on all other hunts. We do not mix groups of hunter together. If you arrive alone, you will hunt alone with a guide.
  
• All Wyoming hunt packages, except Prairie Dog Shooting, include guide and guide field services, camp or hotel accomodations and meals as specified on hunt days only.
  
• Our hunts are handicap accessible. Please notify us of special needs when booking your hunt.
